I call back to the new department and I'm told I'm the first call of its kind and the supervisor wants my info so he can get to the bottom of this. After another call back to Larry, he states he is told he is no longer handling these issues in the audit department. So goes on to say it wouldn't make any sense that they have me call them. So I call over to the other CEOC Restructuring place and Liz is in shock he would have me call them. I'm not have a good feeling at all at this point. Larry claims when they got my ticket, they enter the info into a computer system and that debit is pushed over on the books in the sports book. I said, Larry I'm not a vendor or a supplier or a creditor, so please don't try to tell me my ticket isn't going to be paid with this bankruptcy you have filed. Today I was told by Larry whom runs the audit department to contact the CEOC Restructuring Department. It was signed for on in Dec 2014 and I have been getting the run around ever since.
So I sent a certified envelope with a sports bet winning ticket into Caesars Casino Las Vegas for it to be paid by mail.
